Preston 'Prizzie" Reid is an American Mixing/Recording Engineer & Producer based in Atlanta, Georgia.
As a native of Chicago, Preston was born the son of a musician and was introduced to music as well as electronics at a very early age. Shortly after attending Columbia College Chicago, Preston set sights for the music scene in Los Angeles where he quickly gained a name for himself not only in music, but in film audio as well under CannonVision among other film production companies. Since then he has relocated to Atlanta, GA where he has partnered with Tricky Stewart and the Redzone family, also working alongside 4x Grammy winning engineer Sam Thomas. Also garnering a Grammy nomination for engineering on Toni Braxton’s “Sex & Cigarettes” Album(2019).
Preston has mixed, recorded and produced for various top industry record labels, producers, artists and songwriters.
